We want to support you in being your best self!

"Level Up" groups were started by Certified EFT Trainer Dr. Lisa Palmer Olson, PsyD, LMFT to promote ongoing growth and excellence in EFT practice among EFT Supervisors. Rachel and James were both mentored under Lisa as supervisors and carry on her tradition of supporting life-long learning of EFT Supervisors.

Scheduling/Fees

All meetings begin at 9:30 PST/12:30 EST one Friday per month, and last 90 minutes. $75 per attendee per group with no commitment unless wishing to hold an ongoing seat (although we recommend a 3 month commitment for new attendees)

Rachel Thomas, LMFT is a Certified EFT Practitioner & Supervisor and owner of the Scottsdale, AZ-based group therapy practice, Therapy With Heart.
